Stoneridge Builders is led by owner Scott Skiermanski. Our expertise rests on a degreed education in architecture and construction technology, sharpened over years of custom homes and renovations in Illinois and Wisconsin before we brought Stoneridge to East Tennessee.
Here, we work the same way: honest estimates, clear communication, and a home designed around how you want to live — whether that means mornings on the dock at Tellico Lake or a quiet street near Knoxville.

Discovery
It starts with a conversation and a walk of your lot: the views, the slope, the sun, and how you'll use the home day to day. Bring your pictures and ideas — we'll bring ours.
Design & Pricing
Sketches become architectural drawings. We engineer for your site — soils, drainage, and orientation — guide each selection, and price the whole home to a detailed, concrete estimate before construction starts.
Approvals & Construction
We prepare plans for your community's architectural review and the county's permits, then manage engineering, trades, and construction — keeping you updated whether you're nearby or still living out of state.

As an NAHB Certified Green Builder, we design homes that use less energy and stay comfortable through East Tennessee's hot, humid summers and cool, damp winters.
